After graduating from Central Washington University and years of experience in learning the construction trade, John Encinas established his own company, Encinas Construction, in 1990. Throughout John’s career he has established lifelong friendships and a loyal array of vendors and sub-contractors as well as returning clients. After 30 years in the construction industry, John has earned a well-established reputation as one of the area’s premier builders of quality homes.

John’s younger son David joined the team in 2018, after seven years of experience in multiple management positions with a nationwide leader in commercial landscape services. During David’s time in the corporate environment he was responsible for multi-million-dollar portfolios, providing landscaping services for commercial properties and four major military installations in western Washington. David’s work ethic, attention to detail, and innovative ideas lead to creative solutions and strong client relationships. With his lifelong exposure to the construction business, his experience in management and leadership, and his passion for helping others, David continues to bring growth to the family business.
